Shipping and Returns

Shipping:

We are happy to offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders across India. Your order will reach you in 5-7 business days. However, should you require faster delivery, please contact us at info@mystorkstory.com or +91 98200 32950 before placing your order.

  • We do not dispatch or deliver orders on Sundays and on bank holidays.
  • A signature may be required on receipt of your parcel.
  • If, for whatever reason, the customer does not accept delivery of the parcel, the customer will still be responsible for all actual shipping charges incurred by us, including charges incurred from Free Shipping Offers.
  • In exceptional circumstances, such as extreme weather conditions, strikes, unfortunate accidents or unforeseen technical glitches, we may not be able to ensure timely delivery. We may require additional time and effort in such cases. However, we assure you that we will do our best to deliver your order at the earliest.

Returns:
  • My Stork Story stands by the quality and comfort of our products. However, if you believe there is a manufacturing defect, damage, or if you are not satisfied with our product for a valid reason, you must return the product within 7 days of your parcel arrival.
  • To be eligible for a return, you must email to us your request within 48 hours of receiving the product. (Email to: info@mystorkstory.com) And please ship it back to reach us within the next 7 days. (Ship to: Pillow Talk, 10/11B Bussa Industrial Estate, Century Bazar Lane, Prabhadevi, Mumbai 400025).
  • The original receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete the return request.
  • The product must be unused, clean and in the same condition that you received it in. It must also be in its original packaging with all tags intact. Please take care that products like pillows are packed carefully enough to prevent any damage/spoil in transit.
  • When returning your parcel, please make sure to obtain proof of postage (with tracking information), as we cannot accept liability for loss or damage in transit. The parcel is your responsibility until it reaches our warehouse
  • Note: Return shipping costs and the original shipping charges including all Free Shipping offers are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is damaged or defective. We would deduct the actual shipping charges on all returns. In case of Free Shipping Offer we would deduct Rs. 100 or 5% whichever is higher. We are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.
  • Once your return is received and inspected by our quality control team, an email will be sent to you to confirm the receipt of the returned item and quality approval or rejection status. Accordingly, we will action a refund or replacement as the case may be.
